Tarina created Pure Reform Pilates after recognising a need for something more personal than a one-size-fits-all fitness experience. Her vision was a boutique studio with smaller classes, where knowledgeable instructors have the time to understand each client and focus on body awareness and individual movement.
It’s an approach designed to help you feel genuinely guided, supported and confident in your own body — through every age and stage of life.
